Acceptance and scope
By using a BevQ AI feature, you agree to these terms, the bevQ.social Terms of Service, and our Privacy Policy. BevQ AI includes assisted beverage matching, catalog creation, correction, classification, and enrichment features available through bevQ.social, SmartQ.tv, and related BevQ services.
AI-assisted results and human review
BevQ AI uses automated systems and beverage sources to identify products and prepare catalog information. Results can be incomplete, estimated, or incorrect. Newly created products may be marked In Review while our team verifies and enriches them.
- A product name, description, image, origin, style, ABV, calories, or other detail may be refined during review.
- Review changes are intended to preserve the identity of the same beverage product.
- Confirm important product information before relying on it for a purchase, menu, dietary decision, or other material purpose.
Catalog contributions
Product names and details submitted to BevQ AI may be normalized, combined with other sources, and used to create or improve shared BevQ catalog records. You grant BevQ and its affiliates permission to process those submissions for matching, deduplication, quality review, and catalog maintenance. Customer pricing, sales, and confidential venue data are not made part of a public product record merely because a beverage is matched.
Your responsibilities
- Submit only information you are authorized to use.
- Do not intentionally submit misleading, unlawful, infringing, or harmful material.
- Use available correction or reporting controls when a product or detail is wrong.
- Independently verify information where accuracy is important or legally required.
Beverage, nutrition, and alcohol information
ABV, calories, serving sizes, ingredients, origin, and similar fields may come from producers, retailers, public sources, or reasonable estimates. They are informational and are not medical, dietary, safety, or legal advice. Producer packaging and official guidance control when they differ from BevQ. Please use BevQ responsibly and review our Drink Responsibly resources.
Service providers and intellectual property
BevQ AI may use cloud, search, and generative-AI service providers to process a request. Product names, trademarks, logos, images, and linked websites remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance in BevQ does not imply sponsorship or endorsement. Rights holders may contact us to request correction or removal.
Availability and fair use
BevQ AI is an evolving feature. We may apply request limits, review queues, fraud controls, or temporary restrictions to protect catalog quality, service reliability, and reasonable operating cost. We may update, pause, or discontinue a feature as the service develops.
