Agreement and eligibility
These Terms of Service govern your access to bevQ.social, including its website, applications, member features, venue profiles, and related services (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
You must be at least 21 years old and legally permitted to consume alcohol where you live to create or use a member account. The Service is not directed to children or anyone under 21.
Accounts and verification
Provide accurate information, maintain only accounts you are authorized to use, and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity performed through your account. We may require email verification, age confirmation, or other reasonable security checks.
Tell us promptly if you believe an account has been compromised. Account names, avatars, visibility choices, connections, and other profile settings must not impersonate, harass, or mislead others.
Venue, beverage, and sports information
bevQ.social presents venue profiles, menus, beverage information, sports schedules, screen availability, business hours, pricing, reservations, social posts, and similar information supplied by SmartQ systems, participating venues, licensors, and third parties. Availability can change quickly and is not guaranteed.
Confirm important details directly with the venue before traveling, purchasing, or making plans. A listing, match, favorite alert, or “available nearby” result is informational and is not a reservation, offer, warranty, or promise that an item or event will be available.
Location-based features
With your permission, the Service may use device location to order nearby results, determine whether you are at a participating venue, support check-ins, and provide local alerts. Location results may be approximate.
Do not manipulate location, check in for another person, or use a check-in to misrepresent your presence. Location features must never be used while driving or in a way that creates a safety risk.
Community content and conduct
You retain ownership of content you submit, including comments, ratings, check-ins, profile information, and reposts. You grant bevQ.social a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, format, display, distribute, and moderate that content as needed to operate and improve the Service. This license ends when the content is deleted, except for reasonable backups, legal records, and content already shared by others.
You may not use the Service to:
- harass, threaten, defame, discriminate, or impersonate;
- post illegal, deceptive, infringing, or unsafe content;
- promote underage or irresponsible alcohol consumption;
- send spam, manipulate engagement, or evade moderation;
- scrape, harvest, bulk-download, probe, reverse engineer, or circumvent access controls protecting the BevQ catalog, SportsQ data, member information, or venue records; or
- use bots or automated systems without our written authorization.
Connected and third-party services
You may choose to connect services such as TikTok, other social platforms, fantasy sports providers, maps, reservations, or identity providers. You authorize us to access and use only the information permitted by the connection and the applicable provider scopes. You can disconnect supported integrations through the relevant settings.
Third-party content, embeds, links, and services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. bevQ.social does not control their availability, accuracy, security, or practices.
Responsible use and alcohol safety
The Service is for discovery and social connection; it does not encourage excessive consumption and does not provide medical advice. Never drink and drive. Follow applicable laws, venue rules, and manufacturer guidance.
Calorie, alcohol-by-volume, serving, and ingredient information may be estimates or manufacturer-supplied. Learn more on our Drink Responsibly page.
Ownership and permitted use
The Service’s software, design, branding, compilations, and protected BevQ and SportsQ data are owned by or licensed to bevQ.social and its affiliates. These Terms give you a personal, limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the Service for its intended purpose.
Brand names, logos, media, league marks, team marks, and third-party content remain the property of their respective owners. No rights are granted except as necessary to use the Service.
Moderation and termination
We may investigate reports; limit distribution; remove content; suspend features; or suspend or terminate accounts when reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, protect people or systems, comply with law, or prevent abuse. We may preserve moderation and security records where legally permitted.
You may stop using the Service at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination—including ownership, disclaimers, liability limits, and dispute provisions—will survive.
Disclaimers and limits of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, bevQ.social and its affiliates, officers, employees, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, venue availability, or third-party conduct arising from the Service. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so portions of this section may not apply to you.
Changes and general terms
We may update the Service or these Terms. Material changes will be posted with a revised effective date and, when appropriate, an additional notice. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
These Terms and the Privacy Policy form the agreement between you and bevQ.social concerning the Service. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. Applicable United States law governs these Terms without regard to conflict-of-law rules, subject to any mandatory rights in your jurisdiction.
