Little Book The Infinite: Edition 1 is the inaugural release in a new series from Little Book, curated by Freddie Noe, 8th Generation Master Distiller. This Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey is a blend of bourbons aged 7, 8, 14, and 20 years, with components distilled by three generations of the Noe family: Booker Noe, Fred Noe, and Freddie Noe. The "Infinite" concept is inspired by a solera-style blending process, where 70% of the initial blend is bottled, and the remaining 30% is held back to form the foundation for future annual releases, creating an ever-evolving whiskey. It offers a complex flavor profile with notes of oak, char, smoke, dark fruit, cherry, brown sweets, caramel, vanilla, and baking spices
