Añejo Tequila

900 Grados Añejo Tequila is made from 100% Blue Weber Agave and aged for a minimum of 14 months, and up to 18 months, in oak barrels, including some bourbon barrels. This aging process imparts a rich and complex flavor profile featuring notes of caramel, toasted oak, vanilla, dark chocolate, spice, cocoa, coconut, and dried fruit. Produced by Shankar Distillers in Ayotlán, Jalisco, Mexico, this additive-free tequila is known for its smooth character and has received accolades such as a Gold Medal at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition (2025).
