The Companion

Brooklyn Brewery's The Companion is a unique wheat wine, brewed with 55% new floor malts from Weyermann Maltings, contributing to its considerable depth and juicy malt profile. Despite its richness, a high percentage of malted wheat provides a refreshing lightness. The house ale yeast imparts gentle fruitiness, with hints of apple, pear, and a touch of honey. This beer was originally part of the Brewmaster's Reserve series and was also available in a special bottle-conditioned version
