Surf Hut

Surf Hut is a single hopped Pale Ale that made its debut in 2018. Brewed with Sabro — an experimental hop varietal (HBC 438) introduced by The Hop Breeding Company of Yakima, Washington, in April — Surf Hut hits the palate with waves of tropical fruit and coconut. Hops are added in the early stages of Surf Hut's fermentation — a method called primary hopping — bolstering the brew's aromatic profile
