On September 25, 1951, Helene and Rene Leger opened their first rotisserie on St-Hubert Street in Montreal. This was the beginning of what was to become Les Rotisseries St-Hubert Ltee. It is because of these true pioneers and their innovative ideas, that the chain today is the pride of Quebec restaurant business.
