This West Coast style DIPA is brewed with Cascade Centennial and Chinook hops. It is Bitter and piney with citrusy flavors of grapefruit and tangerine. Golden Promise and Maris Otter malts provide a honey-sweet malt base enabling the "C" hops to shine
