Blanco Tequila

Don Julio Blanco Tequila is the foundation of the Don Julio portfolio, made from 100% hand-selected Blue Weber agave grown in the highlands of Jalisco, Mexico. The agave is harvested after 7-10 years, slow-cooked in masonry ovens, and then double-distilled in stainless steel pot stills with copper components. This unaged tequila offers a crisp agave aroma with hints of lemon, lime, and grapefruit, leading to a light, sweet agave flavor and a clean, refreshing finish with lingering citrus and herbal notes. It is ideal for sipping neat, on the rocks, or as the base for premium cocktails like Margaritas and Palomas.
