Infinite Dawn is a sour blonde ale that launched Rhinegeist's Outer Reaches series. This beer matures in an oak foeder with house Lactobacillus and Brettanomyces strains, resulting in bright fruit notes of tangerine, pear, and apple, complemented by subtle vanilla and oak. It presents a tart complexity and a dry, crisp finish, making it a refreshing and nuanced sour ale. It was first released in 500ml corked and caged bottles in April 2018
