Lord Sorachi Saison is an imperial saison from Brooklyn Brewery, a "bigger brother" to their year-round Sorachi Ace. This limited release beer features the distinctive Sorachi Ace hop, known for its unique aromatic character of lemongrass and dill. It offers a swift and sure bitterness, irresistible hoppy pungency, and assuring strength. The beer is brewed with Pilsner malts and Brooklyn Brewery's house Belgian yeast. It was a draft-only, very limited release as part of Garrett Oliver's Brewmaster's Reserve Series
