Aperol

Aperol is an iconic Italian bitter apéritif, distinguished by its bright orange color and unique bittersweet taste. Created in 1919 by the Barbieri brothers in Padua, Italy, its secret recipe includes a blend of oranges (both sweet and bitter), gentian, rhubarb, and cinchona, among other herbs and roots. With an ABV of 11%, it is lighter and less bitter than its cousin Campari. Aperol is globally recognized for its central role in the popular Aperol Spritz cocktail, embodying the Italian aperitivo culture. It is produced by the Campari Group at their facility in Novi Ligure, Italy.
