Skeleton Brut is a unique collaboration brew made with our friends and neighbors at The Skeleton Root urban winery. A Brut Imperial IPA, this beer is full of interesting additions: the enzyme amyloglucosidase for bone-dryness, Vidal blanc grape must and yeast from a bee's knees (seriously) sourced from Cincinnati's Eden Park.
