Brooklyn Brewery's Quadraceratops is a Belgian Quadrupel-style ale, dark brown with a lingering tan head. It features aromas of fresh baked bread, brown sugar, and maple. The flavor is dominated by breadiness and brown sugar, with nuances of plum and maple, supported by Brooklyn's Belgian yeast strain. As it warms, notes of roastiness and slight coffee flavors emerge. The beer is notably dry, thanks to Belgian candy sugar, and is exceedingly smooth with no hint of alcohol burn, despite its 9.9% ABV
