Juicy Truth

Juicy Truth is a hazy IPA from Rhinegeist Brewery, crafted as an extension of their flagship IPA, Truth. This beer is the result of years of experimentation to enhance the fruity, juice-like character appealing to Hazy IPA enthusiasts. It features a light gold appearance with heavy haze and a thick, white foam. The aroma and taste are dominated by juicy pineapple, fresh mango, and hints of orange juice and citrus peel. Brewed with Pilsner malt, wheat, Carafoam, oats, and acidulated malt, it achieves a smooth, full-bodied, and juice-like mouthfeel. Hops like Mosaic, Citra, Cascade, Idaho 7, and El Dorado are added during fermentation, allowing for biotransformation where yeast converts hop compounds into intense fruit terpenes, resulting in a low bitterness and incredibly fruity profile
