A Night on Ponce IPA is an American IPA from Three Taverns Brewery. It's an Americanized version of their A Night in Brussels IPA, achieved by swapping the Belgian yeast for an American ale yeast. The result is a hop-forward beer that announces its presence with lush notes of citrus fruit and pine, followed by a clean, dry finish. It features a piney-citrusy hop flavor up front, with a bit of pine and grassy hop flavor in the middle, and bitterness picking up in the finish
