This light, golden classic is subverted with new world hops, creating an explosion of flavor. Expect bursts of caramel and tropical fruit, with an all-out riot of grapefruit, pineapple, and lychee, preceding a spiky bitter finish. The gluten is removed during the brewing process through an enzymatic addition that binds and filters out the gluten, ensuring a crisp craft beer experience without dietary complications
