Carnaval De Quebec 2006
Unibroue Carnaval de Quebec 2006 was a limited-edition Belgian Pale Ale brewed in support of the Carnaval de Québec, the largest winter carnival in the Western Hemisphere. It pours a deep mahogany color with a large, billowy, caramel-colored head. The aroma is faint, with traces of malt and spice, weak charred notes, and a surprising hint of sesame oil. The flavor profile is thinly textured and somewhat watery, with faint hints of spice and a trace of brett, followed by java notes in the middle and a barren finish. This beer was a one-off release from Unibroue, a brewery known for its Belgian-inspired, bottle-refermented beers
Calorie counts are based on a 12-ounce serving unless the manufacturer specifies otherwise.
