Thai'd up attempts to capture the taste of its namesake, using lemongrass, ginger, basil and coriander to complement the simple wheat base. It finishes crisp and refreshing, with just enough additional flavors derived from the Belgian Wit yeast strain. Small amounts of magnum and liberty hops help balance the beer into an everyday sipper. No longer in production
