This Flanders Red Ale is a sour, fruity, and wine-like Belgian-style ale, often called the "Burgundy of Belgium." It's brewed with Munich and caramel malts and aged for up to two years in large wooden barrels, where wild yeasts and bacteria impart its characteristic acidity. Expect notes of plum, orange, black cherry, and red currant, with hints of vanilla or chocolate, and a refreshing tartness that finishes dry with a tannic quality
