Dry Hopped

Crafted as part of Bell's Brewery's Employee Spotlight Series, this gluten-free cider was developed by a member of their Sustainability team. It's dry-hopped with Centennial and Simcoe hops, varieties known for their aromatic contributions to popular Bell's IPAs. This process infuses the dry cider with bright, refreshing hop character, creating a harmonious balance between fruity apple notes and a pronounced hop aroma without added bitterness
