Space Dust

Elysian Space Dust IPA is a "totally nebular" IPA, first brewed in 2012 as a small taproom experiment. It has since become an iconic beer, known for its pure starglow energy. This India Pale Ale features a bright, clean backbone from Great Western premium two-row malt, complemented by C-15 crystal and Dextri-Pils for subtle sweetness and a crisp finish. The hopping is driven by Chinook for a bold, resinous bite, with late and dry additions of Citra and Amarillo hops illuminating the brew with tropical and citrus brightness, creating notes of grapefruit, orange blossom, and subtle pineapple.
