Cuvee Noire

Brooklyn Cuvee Noire is an imperial stout aged for over six months in Kentucky bourbon barrels. Brewed with a blend of German, British, and American malts, Mauritius raw sugar, and sweet orange peel, it's fermented with Belgian yeast and refermented in the bottle with Champagne yeast. This creates a dry, brisk, and complex flavor profile featuring notes of chocolate, coffee, citrus, vanilla, and coconut, all delivered with a velvety smoothness and a warming finish
