Lost Palate

Goose Island Lost Palate is a Hazy IPA brewed with mango and natural cinnamon flavor. This beer was inspired by Jonny, a long-time Goose Island employee and cancer survivor, who found mango and cinnamon were among the few flavors he could still perceive after treatment. It features a silky, haze-forward body with prominent notes of juicy tropical fruit, including mango, grapefruit, and clementine, complemented by a gentle warmth of cinnamon. A portion of the proceeds supports life-changing research at the Robert H. Lurie Cancer Center of Northwestern University
