It is aged for at least five years in custom-toasted, heavily charred American oak barrels, seasoned outdoors for 18 months, and matured in Central Washington's extreme climate. This bourbon offers aromas of crème brûlée and spice, with a palate of rich caramel, dark chocolate, and vanilla bean, leading to a sweet, lingering finish.
