Hopslam Ale (2026)

Hopslam Ale is a highly anticipated seasonal Double IPA released each January by Bell's Brewery. It features a complex hopping schedule with six different hop varietals from the Pacific Northwest, culminating in a massive dry-hop addition of Simcoe hops. This creates a pungent blend of grapefruit, stone fruit, and floral notes. A generous malt bill and a dollop of honey provide balance and body, making this 10% ABV beer remarkably drinkable.
